We are growing and looking for a Construction Site Supervisor who shares our values and is eager to be part of our expanding team.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and Supervise: Manage day-to-day operations on the job site. Ensure clear communication with trades, vendors, and homeowners to maintain project flow.
• Coordinate Subcontractors and Schedules: Oversee subcontractor coordination to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Track Progress: Maintain accurate records and job logs in JobTread. Upload photos and update progress regularly.
• Compliance and Inspections: Manage permits and inspections, ensuring all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Perform daily inspections to ensure all work meets design plans and company standards.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA standards and address safety hazards immediately. (OSHA 10 certification preferred)

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years in construction site leadership or supervision. Must be able to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Strong Communication: Ability to lead trades, hold others accountable, and keep relationships professional and respectful.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for identifying issues early by carefully reviewing plans and specifications.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software like JobTread. Experience is a plus.
• Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $24-$28/hour, based on experience
