Roll Construction is a growing general contractor building new construction custom homes in the Burlington area. We do the job the right way, every time--no cutting corners, no excuses.

We're looking for a Construction Site Supervisor who shares our values and wants to grow with a company that treats people like people, not numbers.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the jobsite: Set expectations, keep sites organized, and communicate clearly with trades, vendors, and homeowners
  • Coordinate trades & schedules: Keep subcontractors on track to meet timelines and budgets
  • Track progress: Complete daily logs and photos in JobTread; maintain accurate records
  • Manage inspections & permits: Ensure code compliance and documentation accuracy
  • Perform quality checks: Verify work meets plans, specs, and Roll's standards
  • Champion safety: Enforce OSHA practices; address hazards immediately (OSHA 10 preferred)


Who You Are

  • 2+ years construction leadership or site supervision (required)
  • Strong people skills: Can lead trades, hold others accountable, and keep relationships respectful
  • Detail-oriented: Read plans carefully and spot issues early
  • Tech-comfortable: Experience with JobTread is a plus
  • Reliable: Valid driver's license and dependable transportation


Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $24-$28/hour, based on experience.
